Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Delivery Policy

Turnaround:

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working day. Our working days are Monday – Friday. Your delivery should normally be received within 2-4 working days of dispatch depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note, that orders are not processed until cleared payment has been received.

Couriers:

After we have processed your order, it will be shipped via your selected shipping option.

Shipping Options:

Free Delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses.  AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 & IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49, PH50 and BT will incur an additional postage charge of £10.  (Postage to the Isle of Wight is Free)

Postcodes beginning with HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE and  IM will incur an additional postage charge of £12.***

We use the following agencies to deliver our orders:

  • Royal Mail
  • Various independent couriers including UKMail, Hermes and DX

The delivery agency selected to deliver your order will depend on a number of factors including the size/value of the order. Please note: If the items you’ve ordered are returned to us due to you not being available to receive your order, we will refund your order cost minus any postage fee paid. If your order qualified for free postage, you will be refunded in full, minus the couriers admin fee of £4.00.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking number is provided by the courier, we/the courier will update you by email with the tracking information.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Please return all items within 30 days. Items much be returned in their original packaging and be in reslleable condition. Returns must be paid for by the buyer unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. In this case please contact us for instructions.

How to return an item:

Please email info@mountneyclassic.co.uk to request a return/refund.

Mail your returned item to: Mountney Classic, MXL Centre, 6 Lombard Way, Banbury, OX16 4TJ

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges.

Warranty:

All good are supplied with al least 1 years warranty. This does not cover wear and tear and misuse. Please see our warranty page for more information
